Treehouse Solutions is committed to quality‑driven service delivery, and our Speech‑Language Pathologists (CCC‑SLPs) are never treated as passive providers. Instead, we recognize each clinician as a clinical leader and informed decision‑maker operating within the full scope of their expertise. Our SLPs may choose between two professional pathways: the Team Lead Speech and Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP), who provides structured clinical leadership and oversight to a clearly defined team, or the Caseload Speech and Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP), who focuses exclusively on direct clinical care without supervisory responsibilities. Both roles hold full clinical ownership, and the only distinction between them is the scope of leadership, not the authority they carry over client care.

Our SLPs lead the therapeutic process with authority—overseeing documentation accuracy, upholding ethical and regulatory standards, and communicating directly with families and interdisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care. Caseloads operate within a collaborative, streamlined team structure, never divided across multiple managerial layers, allowing clinicians to focus on leading their cases with the support of clear, well‑designed systems. At TreeHouse, clinical decision‑making stays where it belongs—with qualified, credentialed clinicians empowered to guide care with confidence and expertise.
TreeHouse Solutions operates within a hybrid clinical structure designed with clear expectations and flexible delivery options. Our model supports in‑person services, virtual supervision when appropriate, evaluation‑focused scheduling, defined indirect time, and both 1099 and W2 employment pathways. This approach offers meaningful flexibility while maintaining a structured, clinically grounded framework where expectations are transparent and support systems are firmly established. Our compensation and incentive structure further reflects our commitment to recognizing clinical leadership and advanced expertise. Team Lead CCC‑SLPs receive supervision differential pay for the oversight they provide in connection with their supervisees’ caseloads, with all supervisory responsibilities compensated transparently through a structured differential aligned with defined leadership duties.
Where Flexibility Meets Clinical Structure
The Caseload Clinician Pathway is designed for Speech‑Language Pathologists (CCC‑SLPs) who want to focus exclusively on direct client care while maintaining full clinical ownership of their caseload. This pathway allows SLPs to lead their cases without any supervisory responsibilities, supported by clearly defined systems and a structured clinical framework that ensures efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality service delivery. It offers the autonomy to practice at an advanced clinical level while still benefiting from strong organizational support. In this model, opportunities for leadership exist—but they remain optional, never required.
The Team Lead CCC‑SLP pathway is designed for clinicians who want expanded leadership responsibility supported by clear structure and defined clinical systems. As a Team Lead, you provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team that may include SLPAs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), ITDS providers, or any combination of these roles. You establish clinical direction, mentor developing clinicians, and guide professional growth while ensuring high‑quality, consistent service delivery. Leadership responsibilities include supervision and mentorship, team scheduling coordination, documentation review and quality assurance, treatment‑planning alignment, case consultation, and regulatory oversight. This is active, hands‑on clinical leadership, grounded in your CCC credential—not isolated liability. For clinicians who prefer to focus solely on direct care without supervisory duties, the Caseload CCC‑SLP pathway remains fully available. Leadership is an opportunity—not a requirement.

At TreeHouse Solutions, we recognize and reward clinical leadership, advanced expertise, and meaningful professional growth. Team Lead CCC‑SLPs receive supervision differential pay for the oversight they provide, with all supervisory responsibilities compensated transparently through a structured differential aligned with clearly defined leadership duties.
We also offer skill‑based and specialty bonuses that acknowledge expanded competencies and advanced credentials. Incentives may include areas such as feeding‑therapy specialization, Early Steps credentialing or service provision, bilingual or multilingual capabilities, and advanced clinical certifications. At TreeHouse Solutions , professional development and specialized expertise are directly reflected in your compensation—because growth should be recognized and rewarded.
