Why Work With Us as a BCBA

That’s why our BCBA role is built around a true hybrid clinical model—one that respects your expertise, values your judgment, and prioritizes thoughtful, data-driven care over volume-based expectations.

A Purposeful Hybrid Model Designed for High‑Quality Clinical Work

Our BCBA positions are intentionally designed to support clinical excellence, professional autonomy, and long‑term sustainability. We recognize that high‑quality ABA services require far more than time in the field—they depend on protected, uninterrupted time for analysis, planning, supervision, and collaboration. That’s why our BCBA role is built around a true hybrid clinical model, one that respects your expertise, values your judgment, and prioritizes thoughtful, data‑driven care over volume‑based expectations.

These onsite hours allow BCBAs to remain connected to clients, families, and teams in the most impactful ways. Each week includes 12 hours of in‑person clinical leadership, encompassing direct supervision, parent training—including initial assessments and re‑assessments—and hands‑on oversight to ensure treatment integrity, caregiver collaboration, and consistently high clinical standards across cases.

The remaining 23 hours of indirect clinical work are completed from home, providing protected time for clinical planning, data analysis, documentation, supervision preparation, and quality assurance—without unnecessary travel or disruption. This balanced model reduces burnout, supports deeper clinical thinking, and allows BCBAs to deliver intentional, high‑quality care rather than reactive services.

Indirect clinical hours are not an afterthought—they are protected, structured, and fully valued as a core part of the BCBA role. These hours encompass essential clinical tasks that require BCBA‑level judgment and directly influence assessment quality, treatment integrity, supervision effectiveness, staffing stability, and continuity of care. Indirect work includes treatment planning, program design, data‑driven decision‑making, and risk mitigation; ongoing data analysis and graphing; preparation and oversight for BCaBAs and RBTs; assessment scoring and reassessment writing; parent‑training preparation and follow‑up; documentation such as progress reports and payer‑required narratives; caseload management and coordination; scheduling alignment for staff and clients; quality assurance and compliance activities; clinical communication with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers; contingency planning for high‑risk cases; and ongoing clinical development grounded in evidence‑based practices.

If a task requires BCBA‑level judgment, clinical accountability, or has a direct impact on treatment quality, it is intentionally built into indirect clinical hours—ensuring that your expertise has the time and space it deserves.

Benefits That Empower Your
Work and Your Life

Your Work and Your Life

BCBAs receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their well‑being, retention, and long‑term professional satisfaction. This includes generous paid time off—covering paid holidays and floating holidays—paired with predictable weekly scheduling that promotes consistency, work–life balance, and sustainable pacing. The structured schedule allows clinicians to plan effectively while maintaining the stability needed to thrive in their roles.

Healthcare and financial wellness are supported through access to an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement health benefit, empowering clinicians to select the insurance plan that best fits their personal and family needs. Additional employer-supported flexible spending options for healthcare and dependent care further enhance financial flexibility and security.

Professional growth is actively encouraged through ongoing support for continuing education and CEUs. This ensures that BCBAs stay aligned with ethical standards, evidence-based practices, and the evolving demands of high‑quality clinical care. In recognition of their dedication and impact, team members also receive semiannual appreciation-based thank‑you bonuses that acknowledge consistency, professionalism, and the meaningful contributions they make every day.

To further strengthen the clinical team, referral incentives reward those who help recruit and build a stable, high-quality workforce. Together, these benefits create an environment where BCBAs feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow both personally and professionally.
