Why Work With Us as a BCaBA
Exceptional clinical care starts ...
with well-supported clinicians. Our Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) roles are intentionally designed to provide clarity, stability, and professional respect, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, ethical, and meaningful ABA services. This is not a volume-driven role. It is a clinically grounded position built to support sound decision-making, collaboration, and long-term professional growth.
A Hybrid Clinical Role Designed for Meaningful Impact
A thoughtfully designed hybrid clinical role allows BCaBAs to work within a well‑defined model that blends purposeful in‑field clinical work with protected, paid indirect clinical time each week.
On average, BCaBAs spend about 23.5 hours per week in the field and use their dedicated indirect time for thoughtful treatment planning, ongoing data review and interpretation, collaboration with supervising BCBAs, and preparation for supervision and clinical follow-through.
This balanced structure ensures that clinical decisions remain intentional, data‑driven, and sustainable—without the pressure of constant billable expectations.
Meaningful Clinical Impact as a BCaBA with our team, your role is central to both client progress and staff success. You are trusted to lead, mentor, and contribute at a clinical level that reflects your training and expertise.
Responsibilities That Drive Clinical Excellence
Your responsibilities include providing high‑quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs, leading parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and long‑term outcomes, and offering direct care hours when clinically appropriate to best support clients. Through these efforts, your work directly strengthens treatment quality, builds team confidence, and enhances the consistency and experience families receive across services.
